I sold this 1969 Cadillac Eldorado in 1995, with 80,000 original miles on it and a rebuilt engine/transmission and new top. I had planned to drive it around the Western USA, but ended up living on an island 2400 miles from where I parkeded it.
This front-wheel drive GM muscle car's 4th speed in the automatic transmission, shifted at 65MPH. The engine was a powerful 472 cubic inches, and could easily go over 130 MPH.
It had a clean interior with black leather seats. This 2-door belonged to my Grandparents, and was sold originally in Marin County, California. All the great features of those days, cornering lights, air conditioner, huge trunk that could carry couple sets of golf clugs, big suitcases and plein-aire artist's paintbox-easil.
I have a duplicate full wheel cover framing a picture of the car on my wall today. I bet It is still turning heads in California's San Francisco Bay Area today!
